Congratulations Malaysia.

You seems to have bright people in charge of this strategical decisions.

I hope that this people won't be de-railed by Microsoft lobbying, as was the case in Massachussetts, USA, were Microsoft caused the firing of Peter Quinn, responsible to deploy a similar strategy of un-locking of the public electronic document ecosystem.

"dihapuskan" is such a brilliant word! Literally translated it means "Obliterate" or "Incinerate" in those Ultraman series.

So if translated, it should read:

From 1 July 2008, MS Office software will be obliterated from every PC and notebook.

Excellent! We just need more countries take this king d of decisions on behalf of their citizens.

brilliant choice!

I wonder what will the m$ next strategy to overcome the situation. In Malaysia higher education sector, they are giving their licenses for free to the education institutions, making sure students only know m$ products after they graduated.
