Swan

Is the Malaysian govt attempting any opensource IT development projects?

Are there constituents who could be providing skills, knowledge, innovation that the govt doesn't have to improve their IT infrastructure more efficiently and effectively?

It would be great if the US could accomplish the same thing: http://snipr.com/9y262
